8. TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

In Short. We may transfer your Personal Information to offices, servers and other places where parties involved in Processing your Personal Information are located.  This means that the information could be transferred to computers or servers located outside your state, province or country.  Your consent to this Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to such transfer.

  1. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

  1. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES.Our Services may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.  This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us as part of our Services and you visiting our site.

With external/third party Payment Processors: We do not process payments via our website. We may share your Personal Information with the companies we use for processing payment for our Services (Payment Processors).  We will not collect or store your credit card number or similar financial information in any database owned by, operated by, or accessible to us. All payment-related information (including credit card numbers or similar financial information) is handled by third-party payment processors and held by those vendors in accordance with those vendors’ terms and conditions. We may share your Personal Information with third-party vendors (e.g., shipping, customer/support services) solely for the purpose of providing the third-party service to us.  We presume, but do not guarantee, that each Payment Processor and vendor implements and maintains commercially reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of your Personal Information to protect it from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
